- How do I collect the keys?
- Your access code for the key lockbox will be sent with your booking confirmation. You can let yourself in at any time — no need to wait for us.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Because the keys are in a lockbox, you can arrive at any time after 3 pm — just let us know if you'll be very late.
- Can I check in early or check out late?
- Early check-in and late checkout may be possible depending on availability — just get in touch before your stay and we'll do our best. It can't be guaranteed, but we'll always try.
- Is there a minimum stay?
- Yes — we have a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- How is the property heated?
- The loft has central heating which is included in the price. You can adjust the temperature to suit yourself during your stay.
- Is parking available?
- Yes — private off-road parking is included with your stay, right on site.
- What is the mobile signal like?
- Good — you should have reliable 4G coverage throughout the property and surrounding area.
- Is WiFi included?
- Yes, fast WiFi is included throughout the loft at no extra charge.
- Is the loft suitable for children?
- The loft is accessed via an external stone stairway and has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests, so it's best suited to adults or couples rather than families with young children.
- Are pets allowed?
- Unfortunately we don't accept pets at the Barn Loft.
- Is smoking permitted?
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
- Is there a damage deposit?
- Yes, a refundable damage deposit is required. Details are provided at the time of booking.
- What is provided?
- All bed linen, towels, and complimentary toiletries are included. The kitchenette is stocked with tea, coffee, and all the essentials to get you started.
- Is there a washing machine?
- There is no washing machine in the loft. For longer stays, a launderette is available in nearby Greysteel.
- Where is the nearest shop?
- Greysteel village is just a short drive away and has a local shop and takeaways. Limavady town, about 10 minutes away, has supermarkets and a wider range of shops.
- What if I need help during my stay?
- We live on site, so we're always close by. You can knock on the door or give us a call and we'll be there to help.

- 28+ days before check-in — Full refund
- 8–27 days before check-in — 50% refund
- Within 7 days of check-in — No refund
Terms & Conditions
By making a booking at Glebe Barn Loft you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Occupancy
The Glebe Barn Loft accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. The number of guests must not exceed this limit without prior agreement from the host.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Care of the Property
Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported to the host promptly. Guests may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance with the host.
Liability
The host accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.
